Ashley Tisdale has always been a favorite of ours at Teen Now News, and its easy to see why. She’s had very few scandals, she’s not a slut, she’s talented and hardworking and she’s beautiful to match. This year Tisdale has been hard at work in Toronto, Canada, filming for ‘Sharpay’s Fabulous Adventure’, and extension of the ‘High School Musical’ franchise. The movie will debut sometime in 2011. The film, which follows Sharpay to New York where she is pursuing a Broadway career but it’s her dog who lands an acting gig first, is sure to be yet another success for Ashley. Her Twitter reports state that filming is complete for this movie.

Ms. Tisdale also is working on a new television series called “Hellcats”, which has Ashley playing a fierce cheerleader. So its fairly clear that despite internet rumors that Ashley is out of the Hollywood eye and has lost her touch, she’s definitely working hard and is better than ever!

After a killer, and drama-filled first season on E!, will the ‘Pretty Wild’ girls be back for a second season? After receiving approximately 1.3 million viewers per episode, one would only think it would continue into a second season. Rumors have surfaced, however, that due to the level of controversy regarding the show that the show did not actually have a “season finale” but instead it was cancelled. This is false as far as we know here at Teen Now. What could be the reasons not to have a second season? Well there could be Alexis’s jail sentence (which was set to be six months, but was reduced to forty-five days, which started on June 24th). But wouldn’t her being in jail cause that much more drama and attract more viewers? We sure believe so.
Sites like Starcasm and Reality Tea agree that the likelihood of a second season is rather high.
